Instructor Carol Corrigan

Carol Corrigan holds a B.A in History from Clarke College, Dubuque, Iowa. In addition, she has earned an MSE in Curriculum and Instruction from Drake University, Des Moines, Iowa. She is certified to teach all social sciences. In her 30 years of teaching she has taught World History, American History, American Government, Iowa History, Current Issues, and Geography. Carol is currently an adjunct instructor at Grand View College and a supervisor of student teachers for Drake University. Ms. Corrigan was the recipient of the first Iowa State University Secondary Cooperating Teacher Award (2000) as well as the Junior Achievement Teacher of the Year. Ms. Corrigan is a member of the Iowa Council of Social Studies.
