Instructor Amy Tlach

Amy Tlach earned a B.A. degree in Biology and Chemistry from Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa. She has been teaching General Science and Biology at Valley Southwoods in West Des Moines for the last ten years and is chair of the school’s Science Department. Amy’s favorite leisure time activities are spending time with her family, gardening, photography, volunteering for 4-H events, and shopping for antiques.

Ms. Tlach teaches a General Biology class for Iowa Learning Online.
