SANDI GIBNEY teaches SPANISH for BENTON COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL and facilitates for KIRKWOOD HIGH SCHOOL DISTANCE LEARNING.

Education Degrees:
BA in Spanish from Iowa State University
Masters in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from the University of Northern Iowa

Teaching Experience and Licensure:
Ms. Gibney has taught Spanish for over 30 years, in a wide range of settings. In addition to teaching at Benton Community High School and facilitating for Kirkwood HSDL, she also offers Spanish for School Personnel and Spanish for Workplace Settings through Grant Wood AEA and Kirkwood Community College Continuing Education.

Other Life Experiences of Interest:
Ms. Gibney enjoys traveling, watching sporting events, and spreading the joy of learning another language to others.
