Important Notice for ILO Students Using the Chrome Browser

The following notice may impact ILO students enrolled in Health, Geography, Trigonometry, Spanish, French, German, Latin and Chinese courses and that use the Google Chrome browser.

On September 4, 2018, Google is releasing an update to their Chrome browser. After the update you will no longer be able to save Flash Player settings within the browser. Each time you close or restart the browser (i.e. at the end of your school day) you will need to enable flash when accessing your courses.

To have the best experience, the course vendor suggests using the latest version of Mozilla Firefox. You can download the latest version here.
If you are using a Chromebook or need to access your online classes using Chrome, the course vendor recommends not updating to the newest release (Chrome 69), which forces users to re-enable Flash every time they restart their browser. If you need to enable Flash in Chrome 69, please refer to this guide from the course content vendor.

If you encounter any issues accessing your course using the Chrome browser, please share this notice with your local school technical staff.

Please contact ILO Technical Support if you have any questions or concerns.
