Description
This online course will allow the participating teacher opportunities to enrich their proficiency in specific teaching standards. During the course, participants will work collaboratively with their current administrator as well as benefit from being mentored by the instructor of this course. Each lesson will focus on one or two standards. The end result will be that participants will not only become familiar with the eight Iowa Teaching Standards, but will gain confidence in their ability to meet them. Important Requirement: Participants will need to be currently teaching students, or at least have access to students, in order to implement action plans.
